6. Imune system
Believe it or not honey and cinnamon powder actually helps protect the body from bacteria and viral assaults. Large amounts of vitamins and iron are found in honey. Therefore continual use of honey assists in strengthening the corpuscles (where DNA is contained) of white blood cells, combating bacteria and viral diseases.

To better tackle indigestion, cinnamon powder can be sprinkled on 2 tablespoons of honey and be taken before meals to relieve acidity in the stomach and help digest all types of meals. 4 tablespoons of honey
teaspoon of cinnamon powder
3 cups of boiling water
Now if you are a one person household you may be thinking that this is simply too much tea but its this amount for a reason. Drink a quarter (1/4) cup, 3 to 4 times a day. You’ll find that it helps make the skin stay fresh and soft. It’s an easy habit to introduce to your daily ritual and over the years you’ll find that this simple remedy really works.
10. Cancer
Recent research has now revealed that in many cases, even advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been effectively treated and even cured by the use of honey and cinnamon. As with all our suggestions please make sure you consult your doctor before making use of natural remedies to treat any diseases. Making daily use of a tablespoon of honey along with a tablespoon of cinnamon powder is a wondrous remedy. Take this 3 times a day over the course of a month to evaluate and reap the benefits.
11. Fatigue
We now know that the natural sugar content of honey is rather more helpful than detrimental to your body’s energy levels. Honey and cinnamon is especially useful for people of older age who will benefit from feeling more awake and alert. The recommendation is to drink 1/2 a teaspoon of honey along with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder with a glass of water. You can take this daily, once in the morning after brushing your teeth and then again in the mid afternoon. You’ll notice how your vitality starts to improve in just a matter of weeks.
