Ingredients:
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1/2 cup HNY Sage blossom raw honey
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of one orange
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, HNY Sage blossom raw honey, orange juice, orange zest, and the cinnamon stick.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Remove the cinnamon stick and let the sauce cool before serving. It can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
Honey-Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts:
Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons HNY Sage blossom raw honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Palestinian olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the HNY Sage blossom raw honey, balsamic vinegar, Palestian olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey-balsamic mixture until they are well-coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until they are caramelized and tender, stirring once or twice during cooking.
If desired, sprinkle with chopped toasted pecans before serving for added crunch.
The honey and balsamic create a delicious glaze on the sprouts, giving them a sweet and tangy flavor your guests will love. The toasted pecans add great crunch and texture. It's a simple yet impressive side dish!

The olive harvest represents the resilience of Palestinians, who cling to traditions like olive pressing despite constant threats to their existence. By purchasing Palestinian olive oil, you honor a culture at risk of being uprooted. Islamic Relief will distribute your donation to provide food, water, healthcare and more for Palestinians in need.
